5. Upload scanned documents including photograph and signature
6. Pay the application fee online

– Scanned copy of the photograph in JPG or JPEG format and the file must be between 10 kb and 200 kb in size.
– Scanned signature of a size between 4 kb and 30 kb in JPG or JPEG format.
– If applicable, upload scans of documents related to the relevant reserve category. Their size must be between 50 KB and 300 KB.
