Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC) Limited was established to manage the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP) program of the Nigerian Federation. NIPP is an accelerated response program with the largest power plant fleet in Africa.

As part of our corporate social responsibility initiative, NDPHC is launching a 12-month paid internship program, which focuses on capacity building and skills development for young Nigerian engineering graduates between the ages of 18 and 26.

Eligible applicants who meet the criteria will be invited for an online aptitude test. Applicants who pass the online test will then be invited for an in-person oral interview.

Successful candidates will be selected from the six geopolitical zones and assigned to the operational power plants of the NDPHC. They will have the opportunity to move between departments within the power plant to allow them to gain experience within the gas, generation and transmission sections of the power industry.
